CONSTITUTION: Marked lines a1 and a2 to apply an adhesive on the bending surface of a saddle 21 are provided, and after the adhesive is applied on the bending surface partitioned by the marked lines a1 and a2, the saddle 21 is pressure contacted to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 1 with rib, while positioning the connecting hole 12 of the pipe 1 and the center of the saddle 21, and they are maintained for a specific time. As a result, the adhesive does not invade from the connecting hole 12 formed to the pipe 1 with rib to the inside of the tube, and does not be forced out from the outer peripheral edge of the saddle 21, and the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 1 with rib, and the bending surface of the saddle 21 are adhered and connected solidly.
