PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with problems of a traffic jam in public roads by improving land partitioning block ratio.SOLUTION: A building structure includes a roof having a top surface structured to store marine cargo containers. At least one floor is positioned beneath the roof, and at least one marine cargo container handling facility is mounted on the top surface. The marine cargo container handling facility is adapted to move the marine cargo containers onto and off the roof.
