PURPOSE: To accurately control a throttle valve, when there is difference between a sensor signal memorized by a full closing position sensor signal memory means and a sensor signal detected by a sensor signal detecting means at output of a full closing signal, by correcting a PWM signal so as to conform both the signals to each other.
CONSTITUTION: When there is difference between a PWM signal and its converting characteristic to analogue converted output or between throttle opening and output characteristic of a throttle sensor signal 10, the full closing position signal of a throttle sensor 6 is previously memorized, the sensor signal at full closing position of a throttle valve is detected, if there is difference between both position signals, pulse width is changed by the difference, and a PWM command signal 13 and the throttle sensor signal 10 are conformed to each other. Hereby, a throttle opening command signal and a throttle opening can be accurately made correspond with each other, and the throttle valve 7 can be accurately controlled.
