PURPOSE: To provide creamy or milky skin cosmetics having high safety and affinity to the skin, excellent aging stability, emulsion stability, resistance to hydrolysis, and appearance, and non-irritant to the skin, containing glyceryl oleyl ether and an oleagenous material.
