Abstract:
To provide a dielectric porcelain composition which can improve its sinterability even when sintered at a low temperature of about 900-1,000°C and suppresses the deterioration of dielectric characteristics, and to provide a laminated ceramic parts using this dielectric porcelain composition.
The dielectric porcelain composition contains a dielectric material comprising a dielectric composition expressed by the formula: a;Li2O-b;(CaO1-x-SrOx)-c;R2O3-d;TiO2 (wherein, 0≤x<1; R is at least one element selected from rare earth elements containing La and Y; 0≤a≤20 mol%; 0≤b≤45 mol%; 0<c≤20 mol%; and 40≤d≤80mol%) and at least one oxide of metal elements of the periodic table group 4 and group 14.
