Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dismantling system for waste treatment facilities not to harm workers' health or cause environmental pollution by dangerous substances.
SOLUTION: The state of pollution of the facilities by dioxins, the spots where asbestos and the like are used in the facilities, and the locations of electrical appliances supposedly containing PCB are investigated in advance and, based on the results, pollutants are removed, and asbestos-containing members and electrical appliances supposedly containing PCB are removed from the facilities, and then the facilities are dismantled.
