Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the progress of oxidation and decay in not only the surface of a food material but also the inside thereof so as to prevent the deterioration of the food material, when freezing, thawing and preserving the food material in a food material processing apparatus for freezing, thawing and preserving the food material.SOLUTION: A food material processing apparatus (1) for freezing, thawing and preserving a food material (4) is provided with a cold air supplying device (5) supplying cold air of equal to or less than normal temperature to a storage space (3) for storing the food material (4), and a negative ion generating device (7) generating negative ion. The storage space (3) is provided with an ultrasonic wave irradiating device (8) irradiating ultrasonic waves. Furthermore, the storage space (3) is provided with a negative voltage applying device (9) applying negative voltage.
