Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately set a desired output frequency by changing the frequency control voltage of an oscillator in accordance with the state of the program of a flash cell.
SOLUTION: Boosted voltage and program voltage are applied to the gate/ drain of the cell transistor of a flash cell 102. The threshold voltage of the flash cell 102 is varied. At the time of reading the flash cell 102, the quantity of current flowing through the flash cell 102 is controlled in accordance with the turn-on state of the flash cell 102 and frequency control voltage VCN can be varied.
