PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly correspond to a vehicle having a different vehicle height while securing support rigidity of a front under-run protector.SOLUTION: One of an upper side part and a lower side part (a stay first lateral plate part 54) of a cylindrical stay main body 49 extending in a longitudinal direction inclines with respect to the longitudinal direction in a stay-mounting state that a stay rear plate part 57 is fixed on a vehicle body side so that a center height Hf of a front end surface of the stay main body which a front end edge part of the stay main body 49 defines on an inner side, and a center height Hr of a rear end surface of the stay main body which a rear end edge part of the stay main body 49 defines on the inner side are different, and a region in which the front end surface of the stay main body and the rear end surface of the stay main body overlap in the longitudinal direction is included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
