Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure airtightness between a ring seal member and a housing.
SOLUTION: A housing is composed of a first cylindrical part 11c, which includes an evaporating passage 11b, a first stopper 11a and a first cylindrical part 11c formed in an extension from the first stopper 11a in the axial direction, and a second housing member 12, which includes a bulkhead 12h, a communication passage 13a, a second stopper 12a and a second cylindrical part 12d formed in an extension from the second stopper 12a in the axial direction, while the diameter of the second stopper 12a is formed larger than that of the first cylindrical part 11c and the outer circumference of the second cylindrical part 12d is joined to the inner circumference of the first cylindrical part 11c by welding.
