Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition excellent in heat resistance, mechanical strengths, low-creeping properties and ultrasonic weldability.
CONSTITUTION: This resin composition comprises 1-40 pts.wt. maleimide copolymer (a) comprising 25-90wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer residues, 10-70wt.% maleimide monomer residues and 0-40wt.% vinyl monomer residues copolymerizable therewith, 20-93 pts.wt. copolymer (b) comprising 60-90wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer residues, 10-40wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer residues and 0-20wt.% vinyl monomer residues copolymerizable therewith, 1-10 pts.wt. graft copolymer (c) comprising 10-70wt.% rubbery polymer, 30-90wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer residues, 0-40wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer residues and 0-20wt.% vinyl monomer residues copolymerizable therewith and 5-40 pts.wt. glass fibers (d), wherein the amount of the rubbery polymer is 0.5-5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. total of components (a) to (d).
