Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain ices capable of generating Tyndall figure and control the number of generated Tyndall figures by a method wherein water kept at its flowing state on a cooled ice making surface by improving an ice making device of a type in which water being kept in its flowing flowing state on a cooled ice making surface is frozen to form ice.
SOLUTION: This ice making device is provided with an ice making surface 23b and a water spraying pipe 25 is arranged above an ice making plate. Water is supplied by a circulating pump 26 from the water spraying pipe 25 to an ice making surface 23b to make ices. In the middle part of the ice making operation, some fine particles are filled by a fine particle adding device 29 within a storing tank 21 only for a predetermined time set in advance by a setting device 48a so as to continue the ice making operation and then ices having large-sized crystalline particles are manufactured. When light is radiated on the manufactured ices, Tyndall figures based on an inner melting of the large-sized crystal appear. The number of appeared Tyndall figures can be controlled in reference to a time set by a setting device 48a.
