Title:
INITIALIZATION DEVICE OF POSITIONING DEVICE USING STEPPING MOTOR AS POWER SOURCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3267210
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an initialization device which prevents a stepping motor from having a reverse rotation caused by the pulse transmission even after a member is brought into contact with a stopper, and prevents the member from having a large step-out from a hardware limit position when the member is initialized to the hardware limit position, by turning a stepping motor based on a set number of pulses.
SOLUTION: In this positioning device which transfers a nut 2 to a position corresponding to the rotation of a stepping motor 1 having an initialization device which turns the motor 1 based on a set number of pulses in order to initialize the nut 2 to a hardware limit position defined by a stopper 3a, it is equipped with a controller 5 to dispose the set number of pulses while a pattern that the rotation of the motor 1 is temporarily stopped for a period corresponding to the pulse number N2 for every pulse number N1 is repeated in the initialization.
