In this case, the storage panel 21 is set between the facility 14 for the kitchen and a wall 11, and the pipings are extensively arranged towards the outside of a building and the side of upper and lower floors. With the storage panel 21, a commodity storage space 23 is formed as well as a pipings setting space 22. On the storage panel 21, a window counter passing from the side of a kitchen range 15 to the back surface side of the panel 21 is provided, and a door 21A can be provided to open to the side of a dining range 16.
