Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to bond a laminated film of thermoplastic resin well with any of hydrophilic polymer, hydrophobic polymer and inorganic substances, by constituting said laminated film of thermoplastic resin through lamination of a thermoplastic resin film with a composition containing specific organic boron high polymer compound and resin. CONSTITUTION:At least at one surface of a thermoplastic resin film is laminated a composite mainly composed of at least one of water soluble resin, water emulsifying resin and water dispersing resin, and an organic boron polymer compound represented by a formula I. In the formula I, when q (0 or 1) is 1, A is -(X)l-(Y)m-(Z)n- wherein P is 10-10,000. Moreover, X and Z are respectively an oxygen containing hydrocarbon radical having one end ether remaining radical and the total number of carbons of not more than 100, and Y is a radical represented by a formula II (R is a hydrocarbon radical having 1-34C) or by a formula III (R' is a hydrocarbon radical having 2-13C). References (l), (m) and (n) are 0 or 1, respectively, independent of each other. Accordingly, the laminated thermoplastic resin film is able to be bonded well with any of hydrophilic polymer, hydrophobic polymer and inorganic substances.
