Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male connector and a female connector having terminal locks capable of detecting an inserted state of a terminal, and an electric terminal.
SOLUTION: This male connector with a terminal lock has a holder storing compartment provided on the peripheral surface of the male housing body and a terminal inserting hole 41, and is equipped with a female terminal holder 5A to be assembled to the male housing body in the holder storing compartment and a female terminal lock 4A which is slidably engaged with the male housing body, has a terminal introducing inlet 34 and detects the inserted state of the female terminal in the terminal storing compartment. In addition, a female connector with a terminal lock has a holder storing compartment between the female housing body and a hood, a female terminal holder slidably engaged with the housing body, and a terminal introducing inlet, and it is also equipped with a male terminal lock to detect an inserted state of a male terminal in the terminal storing compartment.
