Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a bending workpiece and a manufacturing method of a sheet metal with an auxiliary flange capable of forming a short flange by bending work without requiring replacement work and an interposing plate of a die.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method has a positioning process of positioning a bending work object sheet metal to a die so that a part corresponding to a bending line in the bending work object sheet metal is positioned on a center line of a V groove of the die and a bending process of forming a bending flange by bending the bending work objet sheet metal along the V groove of the die by pressing the bending work object sheet metal to the die by a punch after the positioning process, and the bending process is executed in a state of positioning a product part of a sheet metal with an auxiliary flange in one shoulder part of the V groove of the die and of positioning the auxiliary flange in the other shoulder part of the V groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
