Abstract:
To provide a heat insulation material which is high in heat insulation performance, excellent in processability, and employable even to a fine structure.SOLUTION: In this heat insulation material containing a fiber component, a heat insulation component and a binder, the fiber component is organism dissoluble rock wool, and the heat insulation component is selected from a group composed of aerogel, glass beads and ceramic beads. Also, the binder is selected from a group composed of starch, a polyvinyl alcohol and an acryl polyvinyl alcohol. A manufacturing method of the heat insulation material containing the fiber component, the heat insulation component and the binder has (a) a process for mixing the organism dissoluble rock wool being the fiber component, the heat insulation component, the binder and water, and adjusting slurry, and (b) a process for papering the slurry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
