Abstract:

To provide excellent washing effects with both of electrolytic anode water and electrolytic cathode water, to contribute to sanitation management by excellent washing efficiency of protein and oil of stains, and to give consideration highly to an environment and a human body by being able to eliminate a chlorine gas (Cl2).

An electrolyte solution is the solution for which sodium sulfate or/and carbonates are mixed in sodium chloride and electric conductivity is adjusted to 300 to 1,000 μS/cm, and electrolyzing is performed at 7 to 15A by DC application to flowing water of 2 L/minute through a diaphragm. Anode water is turned to pH 2.7 or lower, a sterilization property by hypochlorous acid (HOCL) is obtained, and 1% or lower nonionic fatty acid alkanolamide is mixed in the anode water to which chlorine gas (Cl2) elimination treatment is performed. Also, 0.1 to 1% of fatty acids are added to cathode water to obtain a washing water.
