Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a wire harness with a protector capable of preventing local tensile force from being added to a wire harness supported by a protector part which is three-dimensionally assembled.SOLUTION: A protector part 1 having a plurality of supporting parts 2a to 2c supporting a wire harness 10 and bendable connection parts 3a and 3b which connects neighboring supporting parts 2, 2 is prepared and the plurality of supporting parts 2a to 2c are arranged at a flat state without bending the connection part 3. A pin 5 is made at a state to be projected from an open hole 4 or notch arranged in at least one supporting part 2 (2b) of the plurality of supporting parts 2a to 2c. The wire harness 10 is engaged with the pin 5, and excess length 11 is formed when the protector part 1 is three-dimensionally assembled. Since the excess length 11 is formed before assembling the protector part 1 three-dimensionally, the wire harness 10 supported by the protector part 1 is not strained after assembling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
