Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING THREE-DIMENSIONAL STEREOSCOPIC SHAPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2615429
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce a three-dimensional stereoscopic shape having sufficient mechanical strength, electrical functions, optical functions, etc., by depositing superfine particles of various materials to the arbitrary tree-dimensional sterescopic shape at a high accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: Gases contg. the superfine particles consisting of various different materials are blown from one or plural nozzles 3 and are adhered onto the base surface 12' of a substrate 12. The deposited film surface formed by depositing the films having the different materials within two-dimensional planes in such a manner is used as the base surface 12'. The stereoscopic object consisting of the deposits of the superfine particles varying in the materials are three-dimensionally formed by repeating such deposited film forming operation. The arbitrary three-dimensional stereoscopic shape is produced by removing a part of such stereoscopic object by the melting or etching utilizing the different properties of the materials of the deposits, by which the three-dimensional stereoscopic shape is produced.
