Abstract:
To obtain a mobile terminal machine that prevents a display portion from wasting a current by properly controlling the power consumption according to a user state of a user.
In the mobile terminal machine equipped with the display portion having an LCD 3 displaying visual information and an LCD back light 4 lighting up the LCD is equipped with: a direction detecting means 2 of detecting the direction of the display portion of the mobile terminal machine; and a control means 1 of controlling display operation of the display portion based upon a detection signal of the direction detecting means 2.
