Abstract:
To provide a motor device advantageous in reducing a contact area between a surrounding member and a stator.
The motor device includes: coils 22; a stator 20; a moving member 27; a surrounding member 44 to surround an outer wall surface 24 of the stator 20 via a heat insulating chamber 41 in a reduced pressure state or a vacuum state; and a plurality of pillars 9 (91, 92, 93) which are installed and support the stator in the heat insulating chamber 41 between the surrounding member 44 and the stator 20.
