Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a plate loading device capable of automatically attaching a plate and releasing a release film by a method wherein in mounting a plate on a cylinder of a plate cylinder, a plate with release film is fed to the cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: A release film 17 of a plate with release film 18 previously released at the leading end thereof is fed on a guide part onto a peripheral surface of a cylinder 12 of a plate cylinder 4. While the release film 17 is released, a plate 5 is wound fixedly on the cylinder 12. In this manner, the plate cylinder 4 is obtained.
