PURPOSE: To simplify a structure and improve the cooling performance of a thermoelectric conversion element.

CONSTITUTION: This partially cold bed has a thermoelectric conversion element 13 laid within a mattress 12, a heat radiation fin 14 kept in contact with the heat release plane 13a of the element 13 in heat exchange state, a heat absorber 15 with one end in contact with the cooling plane 13b of the element 13 in heat exchange state and the other end projected outside the mattress 12, and a heat conduction plate 17 slidably inserted in a hole 15a drilled through the other end of the absorber 15 and laid in a pillow body 16.
