PURPOSE: To enable to continuously print, by a method wherein a printing paper supplied from a paper-supplying device provided with a paper connector is hung down from a guide plate having a protuberant curved surface or a guide rod, is again moved upward at a position where it passes through a paper presence/absence detector, and is supplied to a printer.

CONSTITUTION: When the trailing end of the printing paper 5 moved slidingly on an adhering base 8 is passed by a switch 9, a signal from the switch 9 causes a movable base 7 to be moved, and the leading end of a spare printing paper 6 is adhered to the trailing end of the paper 5. When the paper 5 is not detected by optical sensors 14, 15, it is drawn out by rolls 10, 11 driven by a servo motor 12, is hung down, is bent back and moved upward after passing by the sensor 15, and is supplied to the printer 17. As the printer 17 is moved, the paper 5 is inclined at the bent-back position and the position of the guide plate 13. In this case, since the upper edge of the guide plate 13 is formed as a curved surface, the paper 5 can be easily inclined. Accordingly, printing can be continuously performed day and night.
