PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of a sleeve mounting work, to save material, and to enable shortening of a term of works, by a method wherein cylindrical mounting tools made of a material having proper flexibility and strength are situated to both ends of a sleeve, and secured to a temporary form.

CONSTITUTION: A flange 2 is mounted to the one end of a cylinder 1 made of a material having proper flexibility and strength, the circumference of the flange 2 is divided into equal eight parts on which stampings 3 are made, and a notch 4 is formed in each end part. Nail holes 5 and 5 are formed in an intermediate part between the markings 3 and the upper part of the cylinder 1, and a cylinder regulating part 6 having proper thickness and length is situated extending from the tip of the cylinder 1.
