To provide a snow removing device having a simple and inexpensive structure, for automatically removing covered snow.

A rear surface of a heat transmission panel 1 coated over the outer surface thereof with a paint having an ultra high water-repellency is heated so as to melt snow covering the same. Since the covered snow is slippery due to a water-repelling effect of the outer surface, it is sufficient for removing the covered snow to melt the covered snow by a slight degree. Accordingly, the inclination of the panel may be small for removing the covered snow, and power for a heat source can be saved. The structure thereof is simple, and the removal of snow at a desired place can be made at a low cost.
