Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent early wear and noise when a device passes a door stopper rod by using a bearing forming the door stopper rod into a spherical shape and spatially and revolvably supporting the bearing by a bearing pin.
CONSTITUTION: A bearing pin 2 has a cylindrical shape and is fixed to an arm-shaped receiving base 3 so that the pin 2 may be moved by a rivet. The bearing pin 2 is provided with a spherical part 5 of a spherical bearing 4 so as to be slidable in the axial direction. A bearing ring 6 whose inner periphery is curved and formed is subordinated to a bearing core body formed by the spherical part 5. The ring 6 is inserted into a hole 7 of a door stopper rod 1 so as not to rotate by a drive fit or so as not to slide in the axial direction and the bearing ring 6 is additionally secured and fixed by the door stopper rod 1 within the hole 7 by an edge part deformation body 8 directing in a radial direction. By this constitution, this device can be manufactured and assembled at low cost and motion can be made light without lowering strength.
