Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of diaphragm rubber by narrowly holding a metallic fixing plate fixing diaphragm rubber by a synthetic resin inner case forming a compression chamber, a synthetic resin outer case and a metallic storing case and mounting the fixing plate by bringing the fixing plate into contact with the storing case. SOLUTION: A metallic fixing plate 4 fixing diaphragm rubber 3 is narrowly held by a synthetic resin inner case 5 forming a compression chamber 10 of a diaphragm pump, a synthetic resin outer case 2 covering the inner case 5 and a metallic storing case 1, and the fixing plate 4 is mounted by bringing the fixing plate 4 into contact with the storing case 1. Further, this fixing plate 4 is narrowly held by the outer case 2 and the storing case 1 via a packing 13 by extending the fixing plate 4 outward and bringing the fixing plate 4 into contact with the storing case 1. Heat from the compression chamber 10 is conducted to the storing case 1 and radiated to outside air and the temperature within the compression chamber 10 is lowered.
