PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film having excellent antistatic performance, excellent in balance of adhesive force in low peel speed and high peel speed and excellent in durability performance and reworkability.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition contains an acrylic polymer of a copolymer by copolymerizing (A) a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having an alkyl group with C4 to C18 carbon atoms, (B) a copolymerizable monomer containing a hydroxyl group, (D) a polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylic acid ester monomer or an alkoxy polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylic acid ester monomer and/or (E) a nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer containing no hydroxyl group nor isocyanate group or an alkoxy group-containing alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer containing no hydroxyl group, (F) a tri- or higher functional isocyanate compound, (G) a bifunctional acyclic aliphatic isocyanate compound and (H) an antistatic agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
