Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an electrophotographic sensitive body having high sensitivity and excellent in repetitive characteristics and light resistance.

CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive layer contg. a diphenoquinonophene compd. represented by formula I as an electron transferring material and a compd. represented by formula II as a positive hole transferring material is formed on an electric conductive substrate. In the formula I, each of R1-R4 is H, alkyl, alkoxy, aryl which may have a substituent or benzyl. In the formula II, Ar1 is H, alkyl or aryl which may have a substituent, each of Ar2-Ar4 is aryl which may have a substituent, R5 is alkyl or alkoxy and (n) is an integer of 0-4.
