Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stably recover soil by adding a contaminant decomposing micro- organism and a soil aggregate forming agent to contaminated soil, and conducting disturbance to the soil at need. CONSTITUTION:A soil aggregate forming agent comprising particles which are formed out of an inorganic or organic material and has a particle diameter of 10mum or less, preferably 6mum or less and a natural adhesive and a contaminant decomposing micro-organism are added to contaminated soil. Subsequently, at need, heating, stirring, vibration, ultrasonic vibration, and physical disturbance such as ice crystal formation in soil and drying therefor or the like are conducted for the soil. The natural adhesive is one of a protein adhesive, a starch adhesive, a cellulose adhesive, and a conjugated polysaccharide adhesive. A contaminant decomposing micro-organism is Pseudomonas bacteria, Pseudomonas cepacia KK01 (BP4235), Bacillus subtilis ISW1214), Saccharomyces.cerevisiae YPH499 joint type MAT and Pseudomonas putida BH. Thus, soil aggregation can be promoted, and the survival rate of a contaminant decomposing micro-organism can be improved.
