Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device of a multiple process heading machine, capable of independently adjusting the movement timing in the axial direction and the axial inverse direction of a pair of fingers in respective processes, and capable of stably inserting a work into a die hole regardless of a shape of the work.SOLUTION: The transfer device comprises a pair of fingers 31 and 32 for holding and opening the work, a finger driving part, a transfer driving part for returning the finger to an upstream process from a downstream process after opening the work by moving the work-holding finger to the downstream process from the upstream process, an insertion driving part 6 for driving at least one operation of insertion operation for inserting the work into the die hole by moving the finger of holding the work in the downward process in the axial direction and return operation for returning the finger of holding the work in the upstream process in the axial inverse direction and an insertion timing adjustment part for independently variably adjusting the insertion timing when the finger moves in the axial direction and the return timing when moving in the axial inverse direction.
