Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick and safe evacuation action by accurately transmitting information such as a direction and distance to an evacuation area in a tunnel by using a voice alarm function by speakers provided in an elevating type fire hydrant facility.SOLUTION: When a fire hydrant is used, each of fire hydrant facilities 16 installed in a tunnel 10 lifts a hose storage part 44 storing a hose with a nozzle to an exposure position on a watchman's passage 14 to enable extraction of the hose. A directional loudspeaker 24 is installed for each installation site of the fire hydrant facility 16, with its direction set to a direction intersecting with the watchman's passage, and a direction display device 25 for displaying the evacuation direction is installed for each installation site thereof. In an occurrence of a fire, the fire hydrant facility causes the directional loudspeaker 24 to output an evacuation guide message for guiding to the evacuation area and causes the direction display device 25 to display the evacuation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
