Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an O/W/O type multi-phase emulsion having excellent stability with time and further an O/W/O type multi-phase emulsion having excellent stability, safety and usability without using a surfactant.
SOLUTION: The O/W/O type multi-phase emulsion comprises one or more kinds of oil components selected from the group consisting of fatty acids and higher alcohols and one or more kinds of polymers soluble in the oil components in at least one of an inner oil phase and an outer oil phase.
