An adjusting nut 13 is provided with a slit 13d and is detected through this slit 13d by a photosensor 25, that a screw shaft 12 or adjusting screw 14 is positioned farthest from the side of a fixed terminal plate 3, and it is defined as an origin of the driving part for driving the adjusting nut 13.
