Title:
VIBRATION ENERGY CONVERTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3599529
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration energy converter which converts a vibration energy into a power energy with a high conversion efficiency and with a simple construction.
SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit in which a flux coming out of at least the one side pole 12 of a magnet 11 is divided and made to enter at least two yoke entrances through spaces S whose number is the same as the number of yoke entrances and which face the pole 12 and the divided fluxes coming out of the yoke exits are returned to the other side pole of the magnet 11 again is formed. Coils 15 interlinking the fluxes of the magnetic circuit are wound. Two or more yokes 13 are all rigidly and mechanically connected to each other. The lengths of the spaces which are distances between the pole 12 and the yoke entrances are elastically maintained by a mechanical spring system and the magnet 11 or the yoke 13 is directly connected to a vibration generating side. If the space length is changed differentially in accordance with the direction of the division by a vibration, the division of the flux is differentially changed. With this constitution, a vibration energy can be taken out from the coils 15 wound on the yokes 13 and/or the pole 12 as an electric power.
