Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular disc brake device capable of restricting a local pressure-welding of a brake pad against a disc rotor while light weighting and low cost are being attained.SOLUTION: At least one of a first brake pad 42 and a second brake pad 52 is formed with filling parts 42a, 52a filling fluid to pad fixing holes 41a, 51a under fixed state and when a virtual circular arc IC is set to pass through a position where it overlaps on the charging part and with its rotating axis being applied as a center as seen along the rotating shaft of a wheel, a shape of the charging part is set in such a way that a pair of clearances 41b, 51b each of which is positioned at an outer peripheral part and an inner peripheral part of the virtual circular arc rather than the charging part between the charging part and the inner peripheral surface of the pad fixing hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
