PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an excessive cutting allowance in the case where a stationary vane is manufacture by a cutting treatment when an inner ring and a stationary vane are jointed without any welding.SOLUTION: A steam turbine partition plate 1 comprises: a plurality of split outer rings 2A or plate-like members fixed in a passenger component and arranged in the circumferential direction to constitute a ring-shaped outer ring 2; a plurality of split inner rings 4A or plate-like members disposed on the rotor shaft side and arranged in the circumferential direction to constitute a ring-shaped inner ring 4; an inner circumference end portion of the outer ring 2; a static blade 3 supported between the inner circumference end portion of the outer ring 2 and the outer circumference end portion of the inner ring 4 and formed with blades 3b; a plurality of holding plates 11 disposed on the face of the downstream side of the steam flow direction in the split inner rings 4A and having projections 12 projecting from the split inner ring 4A to the side of the static blade 3; and a recess 14 formed in a recessed state in the stationary vane 3 and retained with the projections 12. Junctions 3a to junction with the split inner ring 4 formed in the stationary vane 3 are formed to have a length Lof the steam flow direction shorter than the length Lof the steam flow direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
