Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a mechanism capable of further improving the efficiency associated with the production of a dental prosthesis. [Solution] A control device comprising a control unit that selects, on the basis of a production request pertaining to information for requesting a production of a dental prosthesis and of information on a plurality of first dental technical factories each operating a first production device that is capable of producing the dental prosthesis, a second production device for producing the dental prosthesis according to the production request, and requests a second dental technical factory, operating the second production device, to cause the second production device to produce the dental prosthesis according to the production request, wherein: the production request includes information of dental technical instructions; the information of the first dental technical factories includes information indicating the production capacity of the first production device; and the control unit extracts, on the basis of the production request, the production capacity that the second production device should meet, and selects, among a plurality of the first production devices, a first production device that meets the extracted production capacity as the second production device.
