Abstract:
A defective product recycling structure during the preparation of an ultrafine powder particle forming process, comprising a mutually cross-communicating four-way channel, and a steam outlet channel (4), particle forming channel (7), cleaning rod channel (10) and defective product collecting barrel channel (3) that are connected to the four-way channel, wherein the steam outlet channel (4) is arranged opposite to the particle forming channel (7), the cleaning rod channel (10) is arranged opposite to the defective product collecting barrel channel (3), and the cleaning rod channel (10) and the defective product collecting barrel channel (3) are perpendicularly or obliquely arranged relative to a horizontal line. By means of the described structure, defective products are collected to an intersection of the four-way channel, and then automatically fall into the defective product collecting barrel channel (3) under the action of gravity, and enter a defective product collecting barrel (1) for storage after passing through an insulated door (2), and parts that have not fallen can be pushed downwards into the defective product collecting barrel channel (3) by using a cleaning rod (9) in the cleaning rod channel (10). The operation is convenient, each channel can remain unobstructed for a long time, and a production device is guaranteed to be able to continuously operate for a long time.
