Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biological medicines, and in particular, to a diazeniumdiolate Schiff base copper complex with a novel structure and a preparation method therefor. Moreover, the present invention further performs preliminary in-vitro test on the biological activity of the diazeniumdiolate schiff base copper complex, and it is found that the diazeniumdiolate schiff base copper complex has obvious cytotoxic activity and gram-positive bacterium resisting activity. The preliminary study on an anti-tumor mechanism of the copper complex is further carried out, and the in vivo anti-tumor test is carried out. The diazeniumdiolate Schiff base copper complex is a natural copper complex containing diazeniumdiolate discovered for the first time, has a good application prospect in the field of biological activities, and can be used as a potential anti-cancer drug and a novel antibacterial agent.
