Title:
ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/168769
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An electrolytic capacitor 1 according to the present invention comprises: a resin molded body 9 provided with a laminated body 30 including a capacitor element 20 and a seal resin 8 for sealing the periphery of the laminated body 30; and an anode outer electrode 11 and a cathode outer electrode 13 provided on outer surfaces 9a, 9b of the resin molded body 9. The capacitor element 20 includes: a valve action metal base member 4 that has a core section 4a and a porous section 4b formed along a surface of the core section 4a and an end section of which is exposed from the outer surface 9a of the resin molded body 9; a dielectric layer 5 formed on the porous section 4b; a solid electrolyte layer 7a formed on the dielectric layer 5; and a conductive layer 7b formed on the solid electrolyte layer 7a. The cathode outer electrode 13 is electrically connected to the conductive layer 7b. The anode outer electrode 11 includes a first electrode layer 11a that is in direct contact with the core section 4a and the porous section 4b of the valve action metal base member 4. Regarding the thickness of the first electrode layer 11a in the direction normal to the outer surface 9a, the thickness at a portion formed in the core section 4a of the valve action metal base member 4 is larger than the thickness at a portion formed in the porous section 4b of the valve action metal base member 4.
