Abstract:

A film which has an antistatic hard coating and which has antistatic properties and antireflection characteristics and is excellent in coating hardness including surface hardness and marring resistance. The film has an antistatic hard coating layer formed from a resin curable with an ionizing radiation, a pigment, and a polymeric antistatic agent comprising an organopolysiloxane unit and a quaternary ammonium salt unit, wherein the hard coating layer contains 1-5 wt.% the pigment. The weight ratio of the ionizing-radiation-curable resin to the polymeric antistatic agent preferably is from 6/4 to 5/5.
