Abstract:
A flame-retardant durable cable comprises a cable core unit. The periphery of the cable core unit sequentially comprises, from the inside to the outside, an insulating wrapping layer (1), a steel wire braided layer (2), an inner flame-retardant layer (3), and an outer flame-retardant layer (4). The cable core unit comprises a first frame (5) having a T-shaped cross section and multiple second frames (6) each having an H-shaped cross section. The first frame (5) has a first cavity (51) and a second cavity (52). The first cavity (51) is perpendicular to the second cavity (52). A wire core (7) is provided in the first cavity (51). Three wire cores are provided in the second cavity (52). The three wire cores are connected to each other by means of a galvanized steel tape armoring layer (8) to form an integrated piece. The second frame (6) is located between the first frame (5) and the insulating wrapping layer (1). One end of the second frame (6) is close to or contacts the first frame (5), and the other end of the second frame (6) is close to or contacts the insulating wrapping layer (1). Both the first frame (5) and the second frame (6) are nylon frames. The flame-retardant durable cable has good flame-retardant properties, good mechanical properties, high strength, resistance to deformation, and a long service life.
