Abstract:
A grain sampling and imaging device. A grain container (1) is placed at the bottom of a sampling body (5), a grain feeding port (4) is fixed on the top of the sampling body (5), an observation region (2) is installed on the sampling body (5), and a camera (3) is installed near the observation region (2); grains fall down to the grain feeding port (4) and then fall into the sampling body (5), and are separated through the internal passage of the sampling body (5) after which a random part sample thereof enter the observation region (2) and are photographed by the camera (3), and finally all the grains enter the grain container (1) through a discharge port (5.1) at the bottom of the sampling body (5); a multi-stage flow-limiting port (5.5) is provided in the middle of the upper portion of the sampling body (5), the multi-stage flow-limiting port (5.5) serving as an inlet of the sampling body (5); and a plurality of separation passages obliquely arranged downwards and a collective outlet passage vertically arranged are provided inside the sampling body (5), the plurality of separation passages including a first separation passage (A), a second separation passage (B), a detection passage (C) and a recovery passage (D). The present device provides engineering equipment and technical support for increasing the speed of continuous grain sampling and performing rapid and highly efficient grain sampling and imaging.
