Abstract:
This disclosure relates to an imaging device, a solid-state imaging element, a camera module, a drive control unit, and an imaging method which make it possible to certainly correct the influence of motion on an image. A situation determination unit determines the situation of motion of an imaging unit which acquires an image by capturing the image via an optical system that collects light, and an exposure control unit performs at least control over the exposure time of the imaging unit in accordance with the result of determination by the situation determination unit. Drive relative to the optical system or the imaging unit is performed such that a blur appearing on the image is optically corrected according to a one-frame exposure period of the exposure time, and drive for resetting a relative positional relationship between the optical system and the imaging unit, which has been created in the exposure period, is performed according to a non-exposure period during which exposure is not performed between frames. This technology is applicable, for example, to a stacked CMOS image sensor.
