Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an imaging element, a signal processing device, a signal processing method and a program with which it is possible to curb the occurrence of flicker in an imaging device that does not use an imaging lens, and an imaging device. The imaging element is equipped with: a pixel region which receives incident light from a subject which is incident without passing through an imaging lens or a pinhole, and in which are arranged, in the row and column direction, a plurality of pixels including a pixel which outputs a detection signal indicating an output pixel signal modulated by the angle of incidence of incident light, the pixels being sequentially exposed in row units; and a plurality of detection regions used in the detection of flicker and positioned in a different row from the pixel region. The present technology is applicable to imaging devices, for example.
