Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an insert component and an insert molded product capable of improving rotational torque resistance performance and suppressing the occurrence of cracks in a resin member to which the insert component is fixed. An insert component (1) comprises: an insert portion (10) that is embedded in a resin member (2); a functional portion (20) that is exposed from the resin member (2), is located above the insert portion (10), and has a function to which the other component is connected; and a seat portion (30) that is located between the insert portion (10) and the functional portion (20), is brim-shaped, and has a lower surface (30a) that is in contact with the resin member (2). A recess (31) in which the resin member (2) is embedded is disposed in the lower surface (30a) of the seat portion (30).
